Returns and Cancellations

Returns:

We accept returns of order you have placed with us. The products are fragile, so we would request you to take extra care on packing them as good as we have packed to ensure they reach us safely.

Returns are accepted only for 14 days from the day of delivery. This is because the packing material cushion diminishes with time and the packing material is not suitable for packing post 20 days from the day of shipping.

Regarding refunds, we will initiate refund on the day of cancellation of order and it takes 2-5 days for the payment gateway to transfer to your account.

Cancellations:

You can cancel the order anytime from the time of order with us.
